With over eight years of experience under his belt, Vincent has engaged in a vast number of successful residential, commercial property and land-related transactions. Vincent is currently attached to Ridgewell Properties as the agency’s Chief Operations Officer, overlooking every operational aspect of building and growing the agency, including: spearheading strategies, safeguarding company assets and stocks, controlling financial policies and procedures, as well as implementing business strategies for the overall sustainability of the company.
Prior to his professional career as a real estate negotiator, Vincent graduated with a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Nottingham University, and started off in the banking industry holding several positions in the departments of recovery, auction, and mortgage. Despite having a solid foundation in banking, Vincent made the decision to pursue the challenging world of property. Today, Vincent is a probationary member and as well as a candidate of the Direct Final Professional Examination by the Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM). Upon completion, he will be a qualified Estate Agency and Property Manager – a highly sought-after title by burgeoning property professionals.
Throughout his career, Vincent has handled several notable development projects with the likes of YNH Property Berhad, the Yuk Tung Group and the Pavillion Group. His areas of expertise include: the Kuala Lumpur City Centre belt, Mont Kiara, Cheras, as well as other areas surrounding Kuala Lumpur.
Vincent’s skill set also includes client consultation, pricing strategy optimization for sales and tenancies, and providing efficient and effective marketing strategies for all clients. Vincent is also well-versed in issues related to the Strata Management Act and building structure evaluation.
