Making his mark right from the get-go, Howie Goh started his journey back in 2012 and has since honed-in his skills, mastering both residential and commercial property consultancy. Attached with Ridgewell Properties as the agency’s Head of Sales, Howie is in charge of managing all sales aspects of the agency which encompasses; strategic planning, goal settings, data analysis on market performance, project future performance and also developing effective recruitment programmes. Howie is also a registered real estate negotiator with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVAEA).
Prior, Howie pursued a degree abroad in marketing and interior design at the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne Australia. Ever fascinated by the rustic-natured and yet edgy building construction in Australia, Howie Goh returned to Malaysia and had his eye in building up the property market on his home turf.
Initially gaining valuable insights through the challenging scene of re-marketing secondary properties, Howie Goh quickly rose to work alongside several well-established property developers. Most notably, YNH Properties Berhad whom developed the multifaceted, mixed-development project of Kiara 163 in the central residential region of Kuala Lumpur
