Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Mark has gained a wealth knowledge and understanding in the property market, particularly in prime locations within Kuala Lumpur.
Mark graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles. This was his first step in equipping himself with global experience and economics knowledge that enables him to make good property investment decisions. This is one of the many qualities which helped countless clients make positive returns on appreciation and cash flow on their property investments.
With nearly a decade in property sales experience working with Sime Darby Property and personally selling close to RM 1B in GDV in personal sales alone over the years. Mark has transacted various property types; from high rises to landed homes to commercial properties and even factories with Sime Darby Property. Having been the top sales person in Sime Darby Property multiple years in a row, Mark had decided it was time to further expand his experience in the real estate market by partnering with Kenneth Huee and joining Ridgewell Properties as it’s Chief Executive Officer. This move was done as he believes he can help clients more by being able to offer them more products as an agent.
