Making his mark right from the get-go, Howie Goh started his real estate journey back in 2012 and has since honed his skills to master both residential and commercial property consultancy. Attached with Ridgewell Properties as the agency’s Head of Sales, Howie is in charge of managing all sales aspects of the agency- which encompasses strategic planning, goal setting, data analysis on market performance, project future performance, and developing effective recruitment programmes. Howie is also a registered real estate negotiator with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVAEA).
Prior to his tenure in real estate, Howie pursued a degree in marketing and interior design at the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. Ever fascinated by the rustic, yet largely contemporary building construction in Australia, Howie Goh returned to Malaysia with the intention of building up the property market on his home turf.
Upon garnering valuable insights in the challenging scene of remarketing secondary properties, Howie Goh quickly rose through the ranks to work alongside several well-established property developers – most notably, YNH Properties Berhad, which developed the multifaceted, mixed-development project Kiara 163 in the central residential region of Kuala Lumpur.
